Just had the worst experience when attempting to open an account. I walked in to an empty bank with several open bankers, I wanted to open an account and they refused to help. They indicated it would take an hour. They would not even start the process because of an possible appointment that could come in. The ba I was sitting their tossing her hair, the branch manager just sat in her office and other women didn’t offer to help either. Customer service has gone by the waste side. I would believe they would treat a potential client that way. What if none of your appointments show up, and you just lost a client.

Walked in & was waiting to deposit and I see an associate named Christy verbally degrade one of her coworkers and seems like she was targeting him with no regard to guest in the lobby. Seems like she has nasty attitude problem. I walked out, I would rather go to another branch than face her. Yikes

I normally go to the Ironbridge Rd location, the people are friendly and can always help me with whatever questions I may have ! I especially love to deal with Donna Smith, she’s absolutely the best, very professional, knows her stuff & is a kind caring person, I appreciate her greatly !

Seems every time I got to this location I end up waiting 20+ minutes to deposit one check. I always even up wasting my entire lunch here.

.You really need to correct your Saturday hours. Its a pain to get to a bank that claims it will be open till 2 only see that it is closed at 12:30. Happy to have wasted ten dollars in gas.
