“I lost the key to my wheel locks and stopped by to buy a replacement. The technician (Casey) I spoke with gave me the wheel lock for free, along with the Allen key to remove my center cap, at no charge. Despite being busy, he was friendly and patient.
RNR has a customer in me for life. I will definitely return when it's time to buy a full set of tires! It's so rare to receive this level of customer service in 2026.”
“New Fav Discount Tire. Shout out to the staff that assisted me that day. The people who assisted me were great, professional and courteous. As expected from your previous fedex driver. Much love and peace.”

“I have a 2024 Tesla and unfortunately took a turn a little too tight and dinged one of my rims. I was definitely bummed - especially since I’m very particular about the condition of my vehicles.
Based on the great reviews, I reached out to Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists through their website and uploaded a photo of the damage. Within a few hours, Steve (the General Manager) got back to me, confirmed they could repair it, and provided a clear, fair quote.
I scheduled an appointment (though it wasn’t even required) and dropped the car off the next day. They were ready for me right away, and the repair was completed in about an hour.
The wheel looks fantastic - like new. Professional, responsive, and efficient from start to finish. I highly recommend these guys.”
“Great experience. Was able to get all around tint at an affordable price compared to other places. Owner is very reasonable and straight to the point. No complaints whatsoever, would recommend to everyone!”
“Wanted to thank the team for superior customer service! Had an appt at 930 and has to cancel. They told me to come right in at open and would squeeze me in. Austin and Ryan were very professional and communicated clearly what the process going to be and when they would be finished. Ended up getting me out by 9am and got to work on time. I’ll be returning to only this location from now on”
“Great shop to work with! I called to have a level kit installed and alignment done on my 25 Ford Ranger. They got me in the next day and knocked it out in a few hours. They did a great job and truck was kept clean. I used to do all my own work but I'm getting too old to mess with it now. I'm glad I found a reliable shop to do business with, I highly recommend Mincz on Trade Rd.”
“My husband had a flat tire right by this place on our food trailer and David and the guys were awesome!!!! They helped him into the lot off of the main road and got him a new tire on quickly!! Friendly, welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely come back again!”
“Relatively painless transaction I had my lady friends truck aligned after many new front end parts were replaced. It's been a process to get to the point where we could get it aligned and start using it again.”
“Very helpful with finding me the tires I needed with same-day excellent service, very kind employees, and great communication. Very reasonably priced, I will be using their service again and would recommend them to anyone in the Richmond area.”

“All my tires lost about 7#s per tire. I pulled into the store on hull st and j’twan took care of the tire in the rain . Wasn’t buying anything but he helped us anyway. Great service and the reason I buy my tires here.”
