Jessica Southard was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Went in for a 15 minute consult, thinking I was going to explain the issue with 2 states involved and drop off tax paperwork to be completed later. To our surprise, she completed on the spot and out the door! What a great customer service experience. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. Taxes are stressful to say the least, however, no stress during the process at all to state! Could not have been a better experience when dealing when taxes ( if there is one ).

Tax preparer was texting her husband at the grocery store while doing my taxes. Never offered me a chair. Her and the manager acted like I was bothering them when I walked in, did not greet me. I waited until they were done chatting. There was only the three of us in there. I should've walked out. State is late. When I called? Rude, like I was applying for welfare on the phone, inquiring about my money. The preparer wire glasses, brown, hair, and grossly overweight. Only way I know to identify her.I'm not calling another 800 number. I'll never be back.
