Amazing! Amazing!! We were broken down 5 miles away. We called to rent a truck and dolley. We was going to walk to pick it up but the gentleman on the phone offered to pick us up. He picked us up and hooked the dolley up and was such a pleasure to speak with. I highly recommend this business. They were flexible and willing to help in any way. So nice and polite!! Thank you so much for your time and help!!

This review is coming almost 2 years after-the-fact, but I just came across my mind to leave a review.I was hiking in Grayson Highlands and on the way home my car broke down. I called this location just before closing time hoping to get a truck and dolley to tow my car back to West Virginia with.Pete was extremely helpful and friendly, working after hours and helping me load my car onto the dolley. He turned what was a stressful situation into what I would call a memorable experience because of his humor and help.If you ever need a U-HAUL in this area I would HIGHLY recommend Pete!

Pete was really helpful and got for me the truck I wanted at a great price. I used it. Dropped off back full of gas. And there were not extra charges at all. Pete is a great and honest person. An asset to U-Haul, no doubts.

They never had what I needed . I ended up getting itfrom Richmond and then taking it back to Bristol when I came back . Because of that I had to find someone to drive my car too. Pain in the bazooka
