“This store has the greatest assets any store could have. A great customer centric manager named Chris. We had stopped by numerous times during our stay and found almost everything we were looking for. On one occasion, Chris came to ask us if we were finding everything ok, so I explained that we were looking for something we did not see out on the sales floor. He immediately to the back room and attempted to see if there was any backstock, and when there wasn't he told us to try to come back on the day when they received their truck to see if any came in, he even did one better and told us that another location, less than a half hour away may have it as well. He was genuinely interested in helping us and even finding out where we were from to help form a good relationship. I have to say that this Chris fellow is the best customer relations person I've met on this entire island and you are lucky to have him managing this location for you. If I come back I'm shopping at this Family Dollar first.”
