I had initially posted a 5 star review. Because of a past experience with a fast install. And the very friendly staff. But I have to change the review to 1 star. Because I set up new service. And Iv had to call support about 10 times this week to get my services straight. As I am a returning new customer. But after 3 calls attempting to get my cell activated with being lied to repeatedly. That was completed. Then I had to call an additional 3 times trying to get my tv streaming set up correctly and activated. And then I have called in 4 times trying to get my internet equipment. And Iv also contacted the chat and the chat rep wasn’t even reading my full messages. And I never received an apology. And the rep showed absolutely no humanity. And I still haven’t recieved my internet equipment. I only got the service for the internet. Iv been waiting a week for the internet. My old service was terminated over 2 days ago because spectrum said it would have been activated days ago. I would not recommend this company. Other than the fact that they advertised the fastest internet Iv ever seen but at the cost of the most incompetent staff Iv ever experienced.

It's really sad to know that your drivers come and sit in front of your house late at night or early mornings , let the trucks run and stand outside the trucks and talks for hours. No WONDER our services is a hot mess.

Everytime my automatic payment comes out, something happens where I am without service for hours and now days without service. They tell you, that you will get a bill credit, but never do. There is always an excuse for no bill adjustment or the little $5 one time they said that would be credited back into my account. Do not waste your time getting INTERNET services from them, it's a waste of your time and money.

Spectrum.
Is a complete joke? Service is never good even when you pay for it. You still don't get the service. We have the hottest package. They have with residential and the internet is off. More than it is on everyday all they do is give an excuse.

A nightmare and crooks! Taking advantage of my 95 year father and army disable veteran. They have been charging him for service he hasn't had for seven months. He bank account still being charge and his bank manager spoke to 5 people to be told he must go to the store. He is 95 and there is no store within 50 miles. He didn't order by store so why does he have to go to a store to resolve an issue clearly created by the company.

After spending two days talking with computerized voices, just to get my new iPhone activated, I was told to visit the Chincoteague Spectrum store.Upon entry, not expecting much, I was greeted by a friendly person,Cora Little.. She was empathetic to my IT hassles and immediately diagnosed the problem and had it rectified in little time ( no pun). Spectrum should appreciate employees like her , who serve the customer well.There is no substitute for in- person communication.GB
