They don't seem to like or service Black people. I called and scheduled a service two days ahead but when I got there I was told that they don't do the service I was told would be "no problem" on the phone. I re-checked the phone number because I had spoken with them twice that week and it's the same place, they just did not want to service me which is great to know.

I would recommend servicing your automatic transmission with them. Very reliable. Very prompt service.
I will visit in the future for upcoming ATF service.

Had AA check out what we thought was transmission slippage and low fluid. Told us that fluid didn't need replaced and wouldn't charge us for the diagnosis. Thanks Kevin. You have restored my faith in people.

Had a transmission put in the end of Sept. 2019, back within a month and a half with gears not engaging. Though Kevin said nothing wrong transmission fluid full and color good. Pandemic started , didn't drive at all. Pandemic lifted slowly and slowly ventured out with declining fuel economy and RPM's off the chart. My own mechanic said it sounds like transmission. So called Kevin second time (still under warranty)I was told to bring in. Kevin said I see you have O2 censors showed on code. Though I just replaced them. Still yet he calls and says nothing wrong transmission fluid full and color is good. Within this time I had to have it towed. Due to some kind of heater pipe/hose replaced at The Mechanic 382.00. Still having major RPM issues gas smell and terrible gas mileage. Then the inevitable happened. 3rd gear code showed. I called Kevin again he states that warranty is almost up. Bring it in. So I did. He cleared the check engine light and called and said he could not find anything wrong . He said and I quote " transmission fluid full amd color is good. Now the warranty is now up. Ive had that 3rd gear code for over a year. I have not been able to drive it. Due to not wanting to be stuck somewhere and have to have it towed. On Sept 19, 2023 I called Kevin and expressed my feelings on this situation pertaining to the fact that this transmission only has 23,077 miles on it. He said bring it in. So I did..Long story short I took it to the original company and they found that the radiator had been bypassed and recommended new transmission and hook the radiator back up correctly.So now what!!! He said I am not going to buy a transmission to put in your vehicle. He said call the ones that paid for it for you. "THE KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS". $3984.47 is what they paid, so I ran this by The Knights and was advised to do a Warrant in Debt. Ive had problems for four years. Severely bad fuel economy. Missed appts, Ubers, the use of other persons vehicle not for free either. Doctor appts in Rke 2 times a month. Granddaughter missed homecoming due to no ride etc.This is a TRANSMISSION PLACE how could this individual not know that the radiator was bypassed. 4 1/2 years ago AA Transmission replaced my radiator $300 plus due to the transmission fluid being in the radiator.BIG DAH HUH!!!!

They are scam artist ,they put in the first transmission and it stopped shifting ,took it back ,they put another transmission in and it stopped shifting, took it back to them, well Kevin said my motor was the cause of the transmission going out, so I took the truck to Harvey Chevrolet and had them check the engine, of course that wasn't the problem with the transmission going out,AA TRANSMISSION do not stand behind there work or transmissions etc. And if they were professional they would make things right and stop selling junk transmissions.
