The service at the AT&T store in Christiansburg VA is great. Had issues with another 5G server so went there and they were so patient with me. The former service provider took forever to deal with. I highly recommend both the service and the staff especially Jamie!

manager rude and does nothing but play on her phone all day. at least hire somebody who can look at you in the eye when you’re trying to buy something rather than scroll on her phone

I went in on a Sunday when you'd least expect it to be busy. With only one employee and 4 very eager customers, it wasn't long before Jamie saved the day.
