I’m very disappointed in the customer service of this location. Not only do you have to track employees down to get checked out, but they will literally stand and stare at you waiting at the jewelry counter as they cackle and talk with their other fellow employees.
I purchased a $500 ring with a 2 year $60 warranty, which expires in 30 days. I have all the necessary information needed. One of my stones fell out so I take it back to Belk as instructed on the warranty. She proceeds to tell me there’s nothing she can do for me unless I upgrade to the 10 year warranty. I asked for a refund on the 2 year warranty that I apparently couldn’t use, even though is wasn’t expired, and she said she could not do that either. Very unprofessional, will not be shopping at any locations in the future.

Well stocked, but sale and even clearance items were still more than I was willing to pay.

I am compelled to express my profound disappointment and disillusionment with the caliber of customer service I received during my recent return transaction at Belk. Upon approaching the counter, I was met with an unyielding aura of hostility emanating from the store associate, Alexander. His demeanor was characterized by an unprofessional and disagreeable attitude, which starkly contrasted with the expectations of courteous service that I, as a valued customer, have come to anticipate.
What further exacerbated my dissatisfaction was the egregious lack of discretion exhibited by Alexander and his colleague, who engaged in a discussion regarding my return transaction in a manner that was not only audible but also demonstrably insensitive to my presence. The tenor of their conversation was utterly unbefitting of a retail environment and bespoke a glaring lack of regard for customer dignity.
In light of this distressing experience, I would caution prospective customers to temper their expectations regarding the quality of service they may receive at this particular Belk location. Regrettably, my encounter with Alexander has left an indelible stain on what would otherwise be a valued retail relationship.

Usually pretty well stocked and usually tons of clearance! Most employees are helpful and friendly. If it’s a busy day, you might have difficulty finding a checkout counter without a huge line.

Check out did not give me change back seemed intentional bless him with it maybe he needed it. no prices on alot of the clothes otherwise neat and multiple choices little expensive on some items

Very good associate! Very patient with an older customer in front of us. Cheerful, polite, considerate, and knew her store-company. Now, BELK could have had more help. Long line. But the associates are great!

Found what I wanted but the store is tight in the clothes and only had 2 Cash registers open and extremely long lines . Need more open here at Christmas

To be honest I used to love belk. I shopped there for clothes and home goods. I went in there to look at the Home Goods and Christmas decorations and some of the Christmas decorations were $100. I'm sorry but I really felt that was ridiculous.
