i had a prescription called in on a Sunday for a post surgery complication. I was very sick and in severe pain. The person at the counter told my husband "they don't fill schedule 2 meds on Sunday, that he couldn't fill that one" My husband said okay and left. when I called the next day to see if I could transfer the prescription ( I live 45 minutes away and only used them bc it was Sunday) the lady told me that, that was not how it happened and was loud and rude with me. No pharmacy staff should be talking to their patients that way!! For 1 educate your employees and number 2 customer service should be pretty high on the priority list!! Is avoid them if you can!!

This place is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST . My daughter is a Juvenile Diabetic , I called today to make sure her prescription ( INSULIN ) was ready and they told me I could come pic it up in 1 hour. I show up in 1 hour and the pharmacy is closed ,and I was told by a worker up front that it would not be opening back today because the pharmacist had to leave . I called the Radford CVS and was told they could not fill her prescription because they were processing hers when they closed so they are not able to pull her prescription. It's Friday after noon so her Doctors office is closed. This is not the first time they have closed down without notice , and your unable to get your prescriptions. This place is ran very poorly , and I certainly want trust them anymore , you need a pharmacy that you can depend on and CVS is not it.

I made a pit stop here after the grocery store across the street let me down and I was pleased. I was hungry and they had quality organic food. Amy's organic lentil soup and organic unshelled pistachios hit the spot. I also bought a gallon of water and it was good. I was helped by Belinda and she was nice. I was content with checking out at the self-checkout, but she told me to let her check me out, so I did. A beautiful girl entered the store ahead of me and got a cold drink. Wait this isn't missed connections is it?

Terrible minute-clinic experience! Made an appointment for a severe ear ache for 9:30 am and the Nurse Practitioner never showed up. After the many failed repeated attempts of CVS pharmacy staff trying to contact her, I asked if they could reschedule my appointment. The care concierge rescheduled my appointment for the following day at noon. By the time I drove home, I received an email saying my newly rescheduled appointment had been cancelled! I tried calling this CVS location back and couldn't get through to anyone. Safe to say I will never go back!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Visiting from out of town and needed a refill on my daughter's asthma med. They said they had to order and would be in after 3pm next day, but when I went to pick it up, they had not even ordered it. I am a prescriber so asked to write a new Rx for a med they had in stock and the pharmacist basically threw the paper and then the pen at me. Counter staff and pharmacist offered not apology and no solutions. Didn't even offer to find me at another CVS until I asked them to. Avoid this pharmacy if you can. No integrity.

I recently dropped off a prescription on a Tuesday was not due to be filled until the following Sunday , they told me it would be ready by 10:00am Sunday . Sunday morning I get a call from the pharmacy telling me they were out of the medicine and would have it available sometime later that week . This was medication I had to have and I was out of it . This is totally unacceptable and I told them so , they more or less told me it was my problem . I changed pharmacy forth with and will not shop there again .

I ask the pharmacy personally to refill a prescription and they refilled a different medication twice!

While the store itself is nice, I always have a difficult time with there pharmacists. I occasionally get a few nice ones, but a majority of the pharmacists always have a bad attitude towards me. Recently I called about a prescription since I was concerned that it said it would not be filled for about a week, the lady on the phone was so dismissive and short with me. It honestly made me feel d**** but it was not my fault that I didn't realize my prescription had run out. I definitely think I will be switching pharmacies from now on. I've had enough with this CVS.
