I am so sick and tired of this miserable outfit. The closings at random times is just rude. Before I switched to Christiansburg Pharmacy this pharmacy was having problems getting basic mediations as well. My son still uses CVS at Target and I went over there today to get his script so I could take it to him at college (in Kentucky) tomorrow. Sure enough, random closing. I've always liked the people there and it was ideal when Target was running the pharmacy. This is a CVS management issue. It has steadily degraded since CVS took over. Note that is is a NATION WIDE problem for CVS. Don't bother wasting your time with is horrifically managed company.

Although I live some miles away, and there is actually a CVS closer to me, I drive to Christiansburg to the CVS at Target, because of the better hours of access and the wonderful staff.

CVS on Harper's RD.Is the best one I've been to very friendly and helpful. I gave it 4 stars because they don't enforce wearing the mask.

I'm a truck driver and I couldn't make it to my home store in Huntersville NC to pickup my prescription. I parked my truck close by to this store located in Christainburg VA. I walked in and met with a very professional woman named Season. She looked up my information on the CVS computer and found I had my three prescription already filled at my home location in Charlotte NC. She and Jessica were outstanding in getting my prescription temporary transfered so that I could have my needed medication with me in my truck. Both ladies were Outstanding !!!! Very professional. Kudos to the technician Season. She definitely went the extra mile to discover insurance eligibility for me reducing the cost for the medication prescribed to treat my pneumonia from $70 to 4.50. This level of customer service is why I use the CVS pharmacy in Target.

If you would like to get yelled at, please use this Target. What rude individuals. I called this store in advance to make sure they price match. I was told, "yes" by Luke. All I would have to do is grab the item and they have tablets at customer service to verify pricing. I did that. I spoke with Tab at the customer service station and told him that Wal Mart had this particular Lego product on sale for $20.00 but had ran out of the item. After some discussion Tab looked it up and said, "yes, they have it for $29.99" I told him that they had it at our Wal Mart for $20.00. He cut me off and said, very loudly, I HAVE TO GO BY WHAT IS ON THEIR WEBSITE. I tried to explain that it was a local sale at our Wal Mart and was in the paper. He cut me off again and said that he could go by a flyer but I would have to physically have the flyer. This was NOT what Luke had told me BEFORE I took the time to come to Target. I told him that I would see what I could look up on my phone. He said, I can't go by what is on your phone! (I have a picture of the flyer hanging in Wal Mart on my phone) By then a manager, Kelly, came over and said that she could probably go by what was on my phone, and she did. Without noticing my cart full of toys she said, "Your total is 21. . ." I told her that we had actually asked for the entire stock that Target had. She very rudely said, "How manys that??" I said, "five." Then she went ahead and rang them all up. She tried to over-compensate later by thanking me multiple times. Nice try.
