Attempt to address a concern with the delivery driver as to why my packages were being left on the uncovered porch when not 30 ft I have a covered one. She responded in a very unprofessional way. And told me because its closer. I never once heard the words "I'm sorry". Also when attempting to communicate this to customer service was refused to be transferred to a manager or someone that did not have such a thick accent that could facilitate a proper complaint.

Driver says he attempted delivery and no one was home. I was sitting on my porch and watched him drive by. I'm so mad right now. I have to go get my package. They need drivers who are not lazy.

Check your shipment details before you leave the office. Wanted a two day air shipment and it was shipped via ground. Wanted a discounted interline shipment. Asked the rep if the price quoted, which seemed high, was the interline rate and she said yes. There are no ground interline rates. Bottom line, don't be in a hurry and double check everything and explain the shipment details to you. The shipment is delayed and I couldn't understand why the shipment was delayed and now I understand why because it went by ground and took two days to get to Connecticut on its way to Maine. FedEx is going to refund the shipment cost which I appreciate.
