Second time I've come at 6:55 with a prepackaged box and they've had their doors locked early. All I have to do is put it on their desk. Having to drive an extra 30 minutes the next day and have my package get to someone a day later should not fall on the Fedex employee's inability to keep the shop open until their established closing time.

TERRIBLE SERVICE…I don’t even know where to start. I called to get a quote for a custom box, they didn’t have any the size I needed so I figured they could just take 2 boxes and join them together. They said sure it will be $150… that price is insane just to glue 2 boxes together but fine I need it. I then bring my item to be boxed and I was told that they (as in FEDEX) doesn’t ship anything over 120 pounds and that if they boxed my item that was 70 pounds it would exceed the weight limit. I asked why the box weighed FIFTY POUNDS, and he couldn’t give me an answer. I said why can’t you just use 2 smaller boxes to make the box and he said they don’t do that. I said FEDEX, as a company doesn’t ship anything over 120 pounds and he said YUP THAT’S CORRECT. I said FedEx was how I got this package the first time and I’m just sending it back and he kept making excuses. I Will be using UPS or DHL from now on, I mean why does a box need to weigh FIFTY POUNDS… WHYYYYYY???? Most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard in my life. Lastly, I asked can I just buy some boxes myself and make it myself and he said NOPE, now that I know what you plan to do with it I’m not selling them to you. INSANE!!!!

If you're going to demand my driver's license, phone number, and other personal information just to ship a package, you don't have to be so rude about it. It's weird.

I paid extra to have it delivered by 10:30 AM not received then pushed it 530 end of day I stopped into the store for assistance, and they brushed me off to just call the 800# and hit zeroes. I left went to my car and tried it, which did not work either. I went back into store and said that did not work and they just brushed me off. I come home to find there is a service alert for the severe weather in Texas and Tenessee which was sent late last night. My package was shipped and sent to same state that was not impacted with storm at all. I have had similar issues at Springfield Virginia location when weather was perfect as well. You can not get someone on the 800# either. This is a corporate store, you would think they would try to help with internal communications to locate package. They continue to accept new customers during this time promising and shipping at premium prices, which I think is unconscionable. And this is in midst of laying off 10% of workforce. I will be stopping this morning and asking for division manager as well as filing complaint.

Worst FedEx ever, I feel like people work in their is not responsible at all. We send a package last Friday and asked for a recipient, until now the package still showed on tracking status as ‘ not been received by fedex’ . And the date I dropped is September 30 feiday. However, in the track status website it shows the label been created in October 1. No idea what happens in store. I would never go to this store again!

Ben is super nice and very helpful, I do all my shipping from here. Their packing service is great too, you just give them your item to ship and they handle all the packing and shipping label stuff for you for a small fee. Way easier than doing it all yourself.

Great Customer service. Very friendly and get the job done for you. I went to fax some papers and put in the wrong number. The manager faxed it for me on their fax machine instead of me paying for another 14.00. He did not have to do that. So they have my business.

They leave my packages at the mailbox when my house is just around the curve next to the road. If someone steals any of my packages they are paying for it cause we have asked over and over to bring them to the house.

FedEx lost my package and weeks later I receive a voicemail telling me to come to this location to pick up the package before they ship it back to the seller. I came to the store and they didn’t have it. The staff was apologetic, but not at all helpful.

I have been going to this store for 11 years, starting from when it was Kinkos. I have had incredible service from Tarah and Melissa over this time and have had them design posters for me, do printing, copying, shipping, and today scanning a lot of info that had to be in different files. From the first time I went there and continuing today, the service, expert work, advice, and help from 2 experienced, creative hardworking and amazing multi-taskers is nothing short of impressive! Also, since the pandemic, it is a safe place to go and a friendly place to go! I don't know what they get paid but it should be more! Thank you Tarah and Melissa for helping me over many years, I hope your talents and expertise does not go unnoticed! Thank you for helping many times in last minute things, being self employed your service has been very important to the success of my business!

I unfortunately spent $230 to overnight a suit for a wedding 2 days in advance. The suit delivered 2 days after the wedding, and I had to rent another suit the day of the wedding. They said there was a weather incident, and they don't offer refunds for weather related incidents. End of story. No refund for shipment. Every step of the way, from the face to face to over the phone, this was the most impersonal customer service I have ever been a part of. Give me a reason why I should ever come back.

I have sent domestic and international packages here, and even the intern employees who serve me know what he is doing. Better service than UPS!
