Disappointing experience. Nice people (for the most part) but the lady who was mid cashing me out left for some time to pick up a shoe in the parking lot. Thanks for picking it up but mid checkout?

Closing the dressing rooms is total garbage. I left a pile of clothes on the counter after they told me it was permanent, so they know people don't like it and they do not care.
Considering it's a place that supposedly caters to poor people, and they're more than happy to hire (exploit...) disabled people, it's pretty messed up to have a policy that impacts especially those people. Just how easy do they think it is to get back there in 14 days if stuff doesn't fit? People work, some have transportation issues, or health issues that make it hard to get out.
This policy sucks. Goodwill sucks.

Bathroom has been closed past two times we have been there. Is closed now. Stop at radford va store. They have a gas station i. Same parking lot. There are a lot of people avoiding this store. Or go somewhere to the bathroom before you stop. Store was clean. Many clothes items are in wrong locatio. So you have to dig. Before 2 pm store seems hot.

Bought MENS boxers, and got home to realize they are boys boxers, I try to return them and I can’t without a receipt, and the lady told me that they were men’s boxers when I know for a fact that men’s XLs are much bigger

Worst Goodwill I think I've ever been to. The changing room was closed again, the prices were high, and the prices are misleading and confusing. Both times I've gone to this store, I checked out before the rest of my family and Cindy was rude to me. The first time, I tried to make small talk with her and she just looked at me like I was crazy. The second and last time, she seemed extremely irritated the entire time. I
got a single shirt with an orange tag, the color for the Sunday $1 discount, but she said that it wasn't the right part of the tag; it had to be orange above the barcode. After I spent 5 times as much as I should have, I told Cindy to have a good day, and she just scoffed at me. Although when my family checked out with a different employee, they had a shirt with the same tag with the entirety of it orange but a turquoise color above the barcode, the same as mine. They only had to pay $1 for it. I can't say for sure, but if I had to guess it would be that I'm hispanic or that I have dyed blue hair as a guy.

I have traveled city to city for the past 27 years. Every goodwill I've been to, has all risen their ridiculous prices. You are not an antique store nor a retail store. It's sad that homeless veterans and others can barely afford your prices. I do not recommend unless you are desperate into buying what's others throw away or donate.

Hit or miss, like any thrift store. Prices are too high for thrift clothing, but the decor/appliances are well priced.

If you're looking for shoes don't bother. A pair of work boots will run you $25 - $30, sandals from cheap fast fashion brands were $10, and I saw a pair of beat up running shoes from 2016 priced at $10 or $15. Seriously, in a rural area with a bunch of college students who typically aren't rich, who is actually paying that much?? Goodwill just has all the audacity lately with their pricing, and I can see why some are giving it nicknames like "Greedwill" and "illwill."

Prices are crazy. They have a $1.00 bottle of used shampoo for $1.99. Stained shirts for $4.99. Quite embarrassing ?
