“I want to give a shout out to an exceptional employee, Jack.

I was needing several cuts for a desk project requiring both stud and plywood. I originally went to my local Lowe's store to purchase the lumber and cuts, but long story short, even the seasoned employees were quite sorry and didn't want any part of helping me after they cut four 2x4s.

I make my way to the lumber section closest home depot to me, and in attempt to load two 4'x8' sheets of plywood onto a cart, out comes Jack to the rescue. He noticed me struggling with this 70 pound sheet of plyboard and immediately jumped in to help me load it. I mentioned to him my issue with the excuses given by the other store, and Instead of complaining/avoiding to help me, he took time to learn the cut sheet drafts I created as we both figured out the best way to cut the plywood. He took great time with attention to detail in measurement of these cuts to make certain that they were as close to dimension as possible without me even having to ask. With several different measurements and numerous cuts, everything came out absolutely FANTASTIC. HIs demeanor and customer service was second to none out of any I have experienced. Thank you, Jack!

I ended up purchasing the rest of the necessary supplies and extras at this store. I will gladly travel the extra 20 minutes to continue my shopping here for my future projects and builds.”

“It is a tractor supply, not a full blown pet store, and surely not a human food store. They have what you need for your animals in a pinch, they have always had cat food and gerbil food when I needed it. I’ve had no problems with this store, so it’s odd to see reviews tearing them down. I’m a pretty weird looking person, so I feel if anyone’s going to be treated poorly, it’ll be me. But I’ve been greeted, asked how my day is, and generally treated well in this shop! I would say any thing otherwise would be a reflection of how others are acting, not the employees.”
