help pass this around kessler contracting & property management llc sucks dont rent from them bery very bad management lived in my house from 2007 to 2023 never miss payments or late but they bought my place out 2 years ago they kicked us out not even care or even try to help us in there other rental place they had they just want us out to fix the place up to get more money & if you do have problems they never call back bery hard to get hold of them even its an emergency still cant so help pass this around dont rent from them.
