A drawback mentioned is that usually only one served checkout is open, with the rest being self checkouts, which can cause a wait when busy. The produce and meat are of good quality. There is a wide variety of products to purchase and there is a reasonably sized area in the store for purchasing pots and pans and plates. The employees are helpful and friendly.

This is my favorite kroger. I either go to this kroger or to foodlion in Christiansburg. I love both of these grocery stores, I can't pick a favorite so they are both my favorite.
