“This location has great easy fast services so that you're in and out. They are also great about helping with any questions and being patient with bulk packages. I would suggest being very careful when you pull into the parking lot though because there is a huge dip right there.”

“From my past experiences(multiple) I was hesitant to walk in the building to pick up my package. My opinion changed when Mr. Kennie greeted me and asked me how my day was going and what could he do for me? I was very surprised and shocked. When I gave him the tracking number he took just few minutes to find my package and hand it over to me. He offered me a chair ? while he looked for my package. Courtesy that is hard to find nowadays. My visit was little after lunch time and I seen people yawning behind the counter at the same location in the past. Thank you Kennie ?”

“Everything mentioned about rude, unwilling to help and unprofessional staff is correct, at least every time I used this location. But I gave five stars, only for the historic building and atmosphere. This place is like a regional post museum with many of its old features still functioning. I don't want to see it closed and ruined, due to A-hole rude staff. One of the most interesting features, is the antique safe that is visible behind the counter. Each time, enthusiastically I ask several questions about the history of building and staff ignore all my excitement. I wish the town can do something about it.”

“The lady who works there is so nice I came in I accidentally mailed my social security card in one of the boxes and she let me open the box and retape it and put it back in the pile to go out that day for me she even dug through the pile to find it so that I could get my social security card back she gave me multiple information on shipping to my home state my hometown and she even added everything up on the computer for me pricewise so that I knew what I had to spend and could budget for it per month The lady there is so so nice I can't believe anybody would say it has horrible customer service yeah there's no phone number to actually contact the place that sucks I really wish USPS would fix that but the lady who works there is so nice”
