The day we moved in everything was working and in good condition (these are old apartments you have to remember that). I loved how each apartment was unique.Any maintenance problems were solved within a day or 2, and McKinley even came and unlocked my door on his off day because I was locked out. Communication was great with my calls and texts always being answered.
