This has to be the WORST Tractor Supply I've ever been in. I drove 45 minutes to pick up a product that the website said they had in stock (3 were said to be in stock) only to find it not on the shelf. I asked an employee if there was any in the back and he checked twice and they were out of stock. When I turned around to leave I saw what appeared to be a manager (due to difference in shirt color) just standing there watching. Maybe instead of watching your customers leave angry, do some inventory and update your website. I WILL NOT be returning and will be giving my business elsewhere.

I'd give it 5 stars because I can always find what I need here but that one star goes to our cashier. His name is Anthony. I've had rude and impolite cashiers a lot over the last few years but this guy took the cake for me. I guess he had an attitude because he didn't want to be there. Maybe they need to have a chat with their emoyees about having decent customer service.

Shopped there today 12/21/22 at the Tractor Supply in Christiansburg and the 2 young women working the cashiers was very rude, Not helpful at all. People around me was complaining also in line about how rude the two cashiers were. LAZY! NOT FRIENDLY! BAD ATTITUDES! WAY TO BE IN THE HOLIDAY SPIRIT- NOT! They need some major retraining on Customer Service! Walked by two other employees and neither said hello or hi to our family. Should have just left and taken our business somewhere else. CHEER UP, SHOW YOU ACTUALLY CARE, OR FIND A NEW JOB!!
