Young gentlemen at the counter was very disrespectful . Said that we had to buy a box at lowes , we went and he dismissed the first box . Then he said we had to go get another box . So we went got there and said he didn’t even have the capability to ship it . If he didn’t have the requirements to ship it he should’ve said it in the first place ! Bad customer service BAD QUALITY SHIPPING!

Our address gets mail that isn't even ours, and we live here. It's documented for god's sake that there's residents here and they give us other people's mail anyway. Our address is not that hard to read- get it right. Apartment B or 101 is not the same as A.

Not sure why all the reviews of this place are so terrible! The guy who is usually working here is always helpful and polite. Parking is really limited but usually all you have to do is loop around the block and come back and spaces free up very quickly. I'm also a fan of the old PO boxes at this location. They look cool.

Fourth time here now and seriously the worst post office I've ever been to. The guy behind the counter is rude and condescending. I brought something to mail once but didn't have a box, the guy said "sorry we don't do that here. Try FedEx." Are you kidding me? Every visit has been this way. There is always some sort of issue and general lack of friendliness. I will go to the other one from now on.
