I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years but anytime I need assistance for any phone related issue the Christiansburg store is my first stop. Neil is always ready to solve whatever issue I may be dealing with. He has proven himself to be extremely knowledgeable in all facets of cellular service and always willing to go above and beyond to solve any issues.

Traveling from Erie Pa to Christiansburg Va. stopping at Verizon in Christiansburg. Thank you Neil for all your help with my warranty and getting a new cell. Going through 2 hours on the phone with Verizon I got no where listening to someone you can’t clearly understand and trying to sell you a product. Then going to our local Verizon store on Peach street in Erie Pa. again no help they wanted me to pay off my balance on the broken cell and buy a new one. I had a year warranty with 7 months left on it.We went into the Verizon Store in Christiansburg Va. with in fifteen minutes Neil had my new cell ordered and warranty covered. That is excellent customer service. If your going to get a new cell or need help this is a place to go . Thanks again Pam and Bill Kane Erie Pa.

One of the lady’s that work there gave my boyfriend her number without even asking him first. Just put her number in his phone. I thought it was very unprofessional and I don’t appreciate it.

Although this is not a corporate Verizon store (found that out upon reaching it) my issue was resolved by a gentleman named Xavier. Not only was he personable, professional, and quick to get my phone operational, he was also well dressed, handsome and charming. Although I do not know his eligibility, I will recommend to all my female friends that they lose and/or break their phones at their earliest convenience for a chance to be helped by this young man.If you are looking for a competent, capable business man to run your next fortune 500 company, now is the time to hire him before the White House snatches him up as their next press secretary, although that wouldn't be an ideal position for him as his integrity and honest nature would not allow him to hold such a position for long.Long story short, 11/10 customer service.Thanks Xavier!

Last December, I was offered a free iPad if I paid for monthly service fees. I was told to wait a few months while the promo was applied to my account. The promo was never applied to my account and I was being charged full value for the iPad.At this same time, they also did not put the correct promo for my phone, which I was promised $1,000 for my trade in. I was only given 240 in trade in value for my phone. It took me seven months to get this corrected and the actual value of my trade in applied to my account.I made a complaint to BBB about the iPad and was told through their customer service that because of time passing. They would not be able to help me. Verizon kept me in a loop of promising to fix the promo on the iPad for nearly 10 months. I believe they are grifters who promise free equipment and products but do everything in their power to not follow through. Once I am done with my contract on my phone. I will be switching to a different service provider. Do not fall for the scams at this Verizon store.Edit: it’s awkward when corporate scammers ask for documentation when they have the proof themselves they scam you and countless others.

Always super helpful. I have never had a problem with this business even when they were over by Jimmy John's. Good people and quick to get to you. Very knowledgeable and will take the time to help you make a phone call to Verizon if need be.

Mathew was the very nice gentleman who helped me today. I got locked out of my phone & he tried everything to help me. He had to reset my phone & he helped me check my data. I was in there quite awhile & he was very helpful. I felt bad because customers were coming in & I know he was missing out on sales etc. But he stayed with me until he solved my problem.I'm disabled & he even walked me to my car & made sure I was OK & in my car until he went back into the store.Mathew went above & beyond today. I was very blessed he was there to help me.

Matt literally saved my life! I work in social media marketing and had shattered my phone and needed to replace it immediately. This was the second location I went to after the first didn't have any iphones in stock. Matt was so helpful and got my new phone set up in no time and truly saved my day!

I live in Blacksburg but the Verizon in Christiansburg, Va will always be my go to store! Rich did a fantastic job of helping me order a new phone and transferring my data over when it arrived in-store. He was attentive, knowledgeable and super friendly throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Rich and the rest of the team in the Marketplace store!
