“Staff is excellent however I had to order a medicine from the online pharmacy and paid extra for express shipping as the medicine was not stocked at the office. I Talked to staff 2 days prior to ordering & RX was not approved until later the day of my appointment and it took 6 days to get the meds that I paid extra for express shipping. Won't waste money on that again”

“I have been here multiple times with my dogs but the last time I was there for an appointment for my dog the lady that was asking questions was very rude. I had an appointment at 1pm and I stood outside ringing the doorbell twice before I was let in the first lady that greeted me was very nice but then the lady with red hair, skinny and had glasses on seemed like I was a bother. I have been here before with my dog and maybe because of some misunderstanding she couldn't find my records so asked me questions that was normal but I gave my name at first and my dogs name which should have been able to find his records. But she couldn't and she kept asking me for information when I advised her I was trying to find it knowing my dog was in the car waiting for me at least the air conditioner was on. She treated me as if I was not hearing her and I was. I was trying to find the information needed even calling the veterinarian office that has serviced my dog before from the previous owner. I brought my dog in and yes he's a little overweight and he slipped out of his collar which he never had before she made a small remark. I was waiting on him and my phone was in my car afterwards so I had to pay a wellness fee so I had to retrieve my phone from my car which I had my dog on his leash and said I need to get my phone from my car to make the payment. At that moment she I guess she didn't hear me saying I have to get my phone to pay she acted like I was not going to pay kept saying mam mam and I told her I will be right back. After payment she still was rude didn't even go over the visit or the paperwork. I admit yes I did say as walking out the door she was rude as crap but this is the first time I have had a bad experience there. This person needs to work on her customer service skills for sure. But I will still be back”

“Dr Helms is wonderful. I love the nurses and staff too, specially Michelle. When my senior cat had to have her eye removed because of cancer, they all helped me through it. I would definitely recommend Dr Helms.”

“We had such a wonderful experience with Town & Country Veterinary Clinic during an incredibly difficult time with our dog, Ellie. Dr. Nick and Kaitlyn were absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. They took the time to help us figure out what was going on with Ellie, and when we ultimately learned that she had a fatal condition and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go, they treated both Ellie and our family with so much compassion, kindness, and understanding.

The clinic itself is also such a beautiful, welcoming environment. The rooms are comfortable and homey rather than feeling like a typical veterinary clinic, and everything is clean and inviting. Even the clinic smells nice! Every staff member we encountered was friendly, kind, and caring.

Losing Ellie was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to go through, but we are so thankful that she was cared for by people who genuinely seemed to care about her and about what our family was going through. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Nick, Kaitlyn, and everyone at Town & Country for the care and compassion they showed us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary clinic where you and your pets will truly be treated with kindness and care.”
