Just wanted to point out Melissa Saragoza is an employee there which has explains her 5 star review! This is a horrible place with horrible and rude employees!!!! Hateful, disrespectful, lazy and absolutely awful store management and staff! Not sure how they have been able to operate like this for so long!

Ordered online and never received my delivery. Called the store to ask about it and the manager laughed it off. This is a 250 dollar order!

Last time I come here. I was just inside waiting in line and the girl upfront seriously said to me you have to find someone else to check you out she literally told me she couldn’t because she didn’t feel like it.I sat there for 5-10minutes and she’s there just doing whatever like this ain’t cool.customers a joke to you?

Walgreens has a good selection of merchandise. I get my prescriptions there. The pharmacy has always been helpful. Thank you

Made me pay for a prescription they said wasn’t covered because they’re lazy and don’t want to call for verification (it WAS covered). Also don’t know what insurance is even when the card is presented. Had to go out to my car, call for coverage verification, go back in and explain they must have made a mistake, and then wait again for the shot. At least the woman who administers them was polite and friendly after I thanked her. Could hear them all giggling in the back. These bunch of Bullys need a wake up call. I won’t be back again. Sticking with CVS

I had the pleasure of dealing with several of your young employees today & want to recommend them for employee of the month, year, or decade.I was waiting in line hear the entrance behind a young woman with an armful of items. The 3 employees were all standing at the Photo counter & did not seem terribly busy -- they were chatting. After several minutes of waiting, the employees finally noticed the paying customers and told us they could help us if we walked 50 ft. across the store to the register they were near. I politely asked them to help us at the register we were at. Again, they said they could help us where they were -- across the store. I suggested to them that since they were the employees & we were the paying customers, they should walk to where we were. All three suggested I was a grouch, but one did come to the register to start ringing the lady in front of me up. This employee then said that I didn't need to be grouchy & that I chose to come to Walgreens. At that point, I agreed because thank goodness we still can choose where to spend our hard-earned money. And I can promise you it is not in a store where the employees cannot manage to treat the customers as valued, sass the customers for asking for a little service, or at a store where the employees are confused as to who pays the salaries, etc. They could barely stop their chatting to focus on work.I want to nominate these employees because: they reminded me I had a choice to buy elsewhere, which I did -- at a more convenient location where the product was actually less expensive. And I believe these employees can already see that the future is not brick & mortar stores and are doing everything in their power to see the end of Walgeenss within the next 10 years. These kids are gonna make that happen sooner & kudos to them. Employees of the month and me -- another satisfied customer of a totally different store. WIN WIN.Please let the employee (a young lady, 20s) who helped me today, 9-6-22 at around 2:15pm In Christiansburg, VA know that I am very appreciative of her reminder that I get to choose. I choose to never patronize Walgreens again. So she & her buddies did good, and can now go back to their far more important chat without interruption from the grouchy customers who actually pay their salaries!!!

Not a place to get vaccinated unless you have A LOT of free time. Had a scheduled appointment and two times in a row, with no other people waiting, over 45 min wait to get the shot.

Hate this Walgreens. Sure, everyone wants a living wage, but clearly no one here wants to be bothered to do their actual job for one. How corporate lets this continue shows Walgreens doesn’t care about their customers whatsoever. They have plenty of competition; I’ll be going anywhere else from now on.

Terrible service by the pharmacist..This is my fist civilian pharmacy since 2014 that I have use since serving on active duty. (I'm not near a base).. I have never been treated like I was d*** for asking questions. Very disappointed.
