I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with this bank hateful rude crude my sister has account here and they're giving her info out to people that she cancelled business with years ago and she called talked to lady in bank and all she said was y gonna fret over 46 lil old bucks need to close down jus saying ?????sad sad sad

No walk in banking service. Must make an appointment and even then was told would be four hours later. I went in wanting to buy a CD. I have had my business account with Wells Fargo for many years. Sad it’s come to such poor service. The lady who finally gave me an appointment seemed frustrated she had to do so. Since was so long and the fact I have to drive a distance four hours later was not acceptable. Went straight to Member One. The teller took care of my needs in five minutes. Capable and better interest rates.

Waited in line for 30 minutes just for the lady in the window to tell me she can’t take that much money and it wasn’t even a lot of money.

Truly take your money somewhere else. Totally pathetic. Can’t handle the simplest of tasks. Drive 45 minutes away just to come to one of their banks and couldn’t even fix a minor issue. Had to call the 800 number and sadly not even the first time. Believe I need to start looking for a new bank. Just sad.

I've had a checking account and credit card with them for quite some time now. They have closed several local branches in our area to where you have to drive around 35 minutes to get to a branch. Now on their mobile app they have added a feature called zelle. I used this feature twice and on the second time it went bad and almost 500.00 was lost due to this. Well I called stayed on the phone for 2 hours just to be told that I can go kick rocks about my lost money because they didn't give any liability towards it even though it was a feature offered by them. Will be driving to the branch to pull my money and close my account. What a terrible service.

New to the area and thought we would transfer our money to Wells Fargo. We do extensive traveling plus have a vacation home in Fl where Wells Fargo has numerous locations. We went to this branch today to talk to an agent. We asked the teller if they had a sign in sheet, she replied "no just have a seat and they will call you." We took a seat and other people started to come in and take seats also. Long story short.... two people said they were there before us so we left. Dishonest people really upset me!!! Wells Fargo you need to get a sign up book. I can't help but think we would have been better clients because we are honest. The good news.... Freedom First in Blacksburg was glad to have our money! We made their day and they made ours!

Great customer service everytime. I went to the main street location in christiansburg and Jamie is very nice as a banker. Steve is great also. Very professional. Been going there for years and always will.

If you want to use the ATM choose a different bank. I was told today for the ATM is usually down on Monday's and Friday and they have no control over it because they're owned by Brinks. Dealing with this same story for over a year.

I work for a business that was written a check for service - I called to verify that funds were available for a check that was written to us and they would not provide that information. I have done this many times working in AR and have never been denied that service. I hung up called the other WF in Christiansburg and the woman helped me right away.
