Well, I am so appalled that I don't even know where to start,
My refill was due to be filled this past Friday and as of yesterday afternoon I still had not received my notification that my prescription was ready? So, I called my pharmacy, CVS Clarksville and of course had to leave a message, about 15 minutes went by i received a call back from Michael informing me they do not have my medication in stock!! I enlightened Michael that this is unacceptable, for this is a continuous issue month after month? Michael immediately told me to go find my own medication somewhere else? I am so shocked, I said excuse me but that is your job, and he started with a reply and to avoid escalated argument I hung up. It took me a few minutes to gather myself and go over what theis Pharmacist just said to me.. I called back and of course had to leave another message, which I explained what had just happened and I would like to speak to the manager, and in about 15 minutes I received a call back from the manager, it was Michael again, and he preceded to tell me to find my own medication available somewhere else he didn't have it.
Stund,shocked with his lack of professionalism and caring, I could tell he was not going to do his job and help me, I hung up again.
I have recently moved to Clarksville Virginia and I have been a customer of CVS for over 30 years, I receive notifications from CVS in regards to my prescriptions and daily savings, EVERY DAY ALL DAY LONG. BUT, not one notification or phone call to inform me they didn't have my medication in stock, nothing, I had to call them.
So back to Michael the manager, and I apologize I didn't catch Michael's last name, but I'm positive it is Michael I don't give a crap about my customers!! Who does Michael think he is to over ride the doctor's prescription? Michael the pharmacy manager doesn't have the right to abruptly stop our medications, medications that could cause major issues and pain or make us sick if we don't take our medication as prescribed by the doctor.
I am not stopping with this review I'm contacting my doctor and I'm contacting CVS everyday until I speak to someone who cares about us, the customer. Michael chose to be in a service Industry, if you can't conduct good customer service, maybe you need get out. For this isn't the only complaint, my husband has history with this Michael I don't give a crap about my customers as well, he gave my husband a medication he was allergic to!!
Michael, I am sure that the people who own CVS have invested millions of dollars in having the right software and tools to help you keep track of the inventory needed to fill your customers prescriptions and to have all the informational details about the customers allergic issue, so Michael why don't you do your job and use that software and tools to addaquately do your job? Over see that others do their job and that you have the inventory, and if something does come up you need to communicate with the customer not just tell us go somewhere else you have a obligation to us.

Manager, Devin and Betty with 25 years as well as Tom, Daisy and Seth have done a customer service job that's exemplary we certainly know it's the best CVS anywhere and we are appreciative of all they do to help. I wish the company to bonus them and give them stock in the CVS company...?

Went today for Graduation cards. Ky was my cashier and one of the nicest people I’ve ever mer. Yes, he helped me with my coupons on my phone and such, but more than that…much more than that…he just made my day brighter. He is that special. Go by and visit Ky at the CVS in Clarksville. He is priceless.

The Pharmacy here sucks, the manager could care less, I went in with a allergic reaction to a medication and he acted like he could care less , I asked if I should go to hospital and he said if you want to just does not CARE AT ALL. HE IS IN A PROFESSION TO HELP PEOPLE IF THATS TO MUCH TO ASK THEN GET ANOTHER JOB WHERE YOU DONT HAVE TO HELP PEOPLE

Pharmacist is very rude! I tried to have my prescription filled here I was told by a pharmacy tech they had the medication in stock then was told by the pharmacist they do not. The pharmacist was very aggressive on the phone when he should have been understanding that I’m a patient trying to have my prescription filled. The way he talked to me on the phone escalated my anxiety so bad I couldn’t continue to call other pharmacies to see if anyone had my medication. Very unprofessional, I called my doctors off and reported him to them and explained the way he responded to me on the phone when I was respectful and not aggressive at all.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Phone calls always exceed 30 minute wait time. Text received repeatedly that prescriptions are ready and when you show up they are not. In my 20 years as a business owner I have never experienced such a poorly run business that should focus on customer service. I feel so sorry for those who are navigating medical issues already and then have to deal with this pharmacy.
