The Pharmacy here sucks, the manager could care less, I went in with a allergic reaction to a medication and he acted like he could care less , I asked if I should go to hospital and he said if you want to just does not CARE AT ALL. HE IS IN A PROFESSION TO HELP PEOPLE IF THATS TO MUCH TO ASK THEN GET ANOTHER JOB WHERE YOU DONT HAVE TO HELP PEOPLE

Pharmacist is very rude! I tried to have my prescription filled here I was told by a pharmacy tech they had the medication in stock then was told by the pharmacist they do not. The pharmacist was very aggressive on the phone when he should have been understanding that I’m a patient trying to have my prescription filled. The way he talked to me on the phone escalated my anxiety so bad I couldn’t continue to call other pharmacies to see if anyone had my medication. Very unprofessional, I called my doctors off and reported him to them and explained the way he responded to me on the phone when I was respectful and not aggressive at all.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Phone calls always exceed 30 minute wait time. Text received repeatedly that prescriptions are ready and when you show up they are not. In my 20 years as a business owner I have never experienced such a poorly run business that should focus on customer service. I feel so sorry for those who are navigating medical issues already and then have to deal with this pharmacy.

Folks in the pharmacy always willing to find the best price available and checked around to help me find a script in Oxford when didn’t have what I needed. I appreciate all the resources available to fight COVID as well- OTC tests, and more accurate lab testing, vaccinations and boosters. Thanks for taking care of us CVS!!

Surprised at the bad reviews! Maybe it’s because l worked in the medical field for over 30 years that l have more tolerance for some things. The prices are not set by the people that work at CVS. The prescription costs are not set by the pharmacy staff, though l do know corporate does shop around for the lowest cost for them on medication that is usually passed on to the customer. I will say, usually. CVS prices for every day items are high that’s why l usually just get my prescriptions there. I have found the staff in front and back friendly, helpful, polite and professional. There was one instance with Tom being a bit short with me but none of us is sunshine and rainbows all the time! Overall I think the pharmacy staff does a terrific job and in these times it is appreciated tremendously, by me anyway!!

Can’t say nothing bad yet. But all I can say all the cvs I been to. Cvs in Clarksville prices are out of this world. I don’t see how the elderly can afford the things that they need.

Every time I buy an at home COVID test, the older man (who wears his mask below his nose) gives me a lecture about how useless these tests are and why are people so afraid. This is extremely inappropriate; I don’t need commentary about my purchases. I really don’t care if you see a value of the tests or not, we are in a global pandemic and this man is spreading mistrust and misinformation…and he works at a pharmacy.

This store should be a last resort only after an apocalypse. The majority of the staff are rude or act very disheartened to be there. The only one enthused by their work is Tom, and he is unforgivably pushy and nosy. Not everyone wants their items rooted through and questioned or commented on as if we are bro's on a mission together. Bathrooms are dated and dirty, which for a pharmacy should not be the case. Need a prescription filled? The coven in the back will only cash out prescriptions at their counter. Doesnt matter if all you have is a bottle of cough syrup to go with your Rx, they will send you cough front so Tom can tell you all about the time in '83 when he used that cough syrup to loosen a tight hinge on his kitchen cupboard.

Unfortunately have been waiting an hour for a script that we were told would be 30-35 min. However due to many people being sick and the demand of filling prescriptions it will take slightly longer I'm sure. Just wish they would have said a longer wait time to begin with.
