I went in last week with an older Samsung that was malfunctioning and bought a Samsung 25. My experience was outstanding and beyond my expectations. Ray was very professional and researched my phone choices in depth and printed them out for me to examine. All Verizon deals were discussed before I reached a decision. Ray was patient and politely answered all my questions. I'm pleased with my purchase and glad I was able to buy a phone from a local vendor. Thanks!

I was in Saturday (9/20) with my Mom, due to an issue with her phone (android) -- which as an iPhone user myself, I was unable to resolve. Ashley proved to be extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and patient ... especially as she multi-tasked this challenge along with serving other customers. Nobody acknowledged me when I went in to make a payment. After 15 minutes of waiting with another customer in front of me, I left.
I went to the store on Virginia Ave in Clarksville and got my bill taken care of.
From now on, I will only use the store in Clarksville, VA.

As far as cell phone stores go, this one is top notch in regards to service and sales. Small place but can get busy, so plan on being there a while if there's anyone else in the building.

Absolutely horrible service. The manager forgot to put insurance on our phones when switching from a personal to business account. She did absolutely nothing to fix her own mistake. Now my husband has to buy a new phone or go without one more a month. You have to have insurance for 30+ days in order to summit a claim. Even spoke with the district manager and nothing was done. We’ve been with Verizon for over 13 years now. I am livid!!
