Tractor Supply Co. is a very nice store in a great location. The store offers a pet grooming station, which is convenient. Many associates, team leaders, and staff members are super friendly and helpful. One manager was an absolute sweetheart, helping a customer and their scared dog feel comfortable, and the whole staff was kind. An assistant manager also provided exceptional help for over an hour to resolve a customer's situation. However, the assistant manager and store manager have been criticized for treating employees poorly, leading to concerns about losing hardworking people and loyal customers. The experience with individual staff members varies greatly.

I enjoy shopping in the store and seeing the friendly associates and team leaders. I don't enjoy the assistant manager and store manager because they treat the employees like they're nothing. Tractor Supply needs to hire new management ASAP or they will continue to lose hardworking people and loyal customers

Store was in order no mess , Steve went above & beyond to find what I was looking for!

This is a very nice store and the Assistant Manager Steve helped me buy my new Zero Turn Cub Cadet. I had a situation, long story but he helped me for over an hour and wouldn’t stop until we got things straightened out. I’d give this store 10 stars if I could!! Go check them out!
