Tractor Supply Co.

Hours: Tractor Supply Co. is a very nice store in a great location. The store offers a pet grooming station, which is convenient. Many associates, team leaders, and staff members are super friendly and helpful. One manager was an absolute sweetheart, helping a customer and their scared dog feel comfortable, and the whole staff was kind. An assistant manager also provided exceptional help for over an hour to resolve a customer's situation. However, the assistant manager and store manager have been criticized for treating employees poorly, leading to concerns about losing hardworking people and loyal customers. The experience with individual staff members varies greatly.
