The new pharmacist doesn't know her job she gets offended if you tell her she's worthless because she will dispense drugs knowing that's not what you're supposed to have and she finds it to be acceptable she just took over in December she could learn a lot from the store manager who has plenty of experience of customer service

I have always liked the CVS in Clifton Forge. However, when I walked in today, the mildew smell was overwhelming and took my breath away. I have asthma, started coughing immediately and had to leave. I am sure that I am not the only person with this disease. What an unhealthy place to work and have to get your medicine.

I had concerns over a new medication and once waited on, the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I have had positive experiences since switching to CVS.

Took 4 trips to pick up meds, I have full out medicaid for my child was told to come back, they tried charging full price! Transferred the prescription to Walmart and per insurance was no cost the... OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE A HARD TIME READING BIRTHDATES.. Not my first bad experience in this store! I won't be back to your company
