I’m totally disgusted with how things are run there. Most banks give u your bank card as soon as you open an account there but instead they make you wait 7-10 business days to get ur new card.
They also don’t tell you that if u make a deposit using mobile app your deposit won’t get into ur account for 3-5 business days so here you are trying to make a purchase and you can’t.
I’m so disappointed I’m going to look for another bank..

If you're on a fixed income this is not the bank to go to because they do not know how to take the money out when you spend it they wait till the end of the month and then overdraw you

This is my Aunts bank. As my mothers sister slowly spiraled downward into senility, First Citizens acted; as if armor, against many whom would take advantage. Thank you so much! God Bless you!

Been banking with FCB for 30 years, still owned by the same family. Been using this branch for 17 years and the service is always great. Everyone is friendly, helpful and a joy to be around. Unlike the writer of the one star review who probably works at BB&T, I have nothing to gain in my review as I am no longer in the area. If you write a review like that and don't post your name to it your a coward, a low life and most likely a liar. Basically the kind of customer FCB is happy to send to another bank.

I understand that there are a lot of bad banks in the world, but this first citizens is nearly ALWAYS closed. Any holiday. Every holiday. Religious holidays that include none of their employees. They always find a way to close this bank; furthermore, the only nottice that the bank will be close on, even insignificant holidays are little signs in the window suchas; sorry closed in observance of the fall festival, sorry closed in observance of groundhog day (yes groundhog day). Sorry closed for being lazy... Your much better off at the BB&T in town or in Covington
