“I had an issue with a missing package coming from an organization in Texas I volunteer with. I submitted a missing package claim through usps.com. I was contacted the following day by Scott from the Topton post office in reference to my submission. Scott was very helpful & informative through the process & was always two steps ahead. He contacted me often with updates. Aside from the issue, the Topton post office staff have always been very happy & professional.”

“The staff are fantastic, they are definitely people people…if that makes sense? They treat you like family and friends. It’s always clean inside.”
