OMG!!! If you haven't been to this shop you are missing out! I'm in Winchester Va. and other than the crappy big box stores this is the only "mom and pop" store left close to me. Everyone I met...employees, customers and even the owner were so nice and friendly. If you are a paper craftier you need to check them out. I scrapbook and make cards but she also has other items and classes. Also you can't go wrong with the drive to this quaint little town. The fall colors and the town was so inviting.

I have been going to Golden Hills for over 9 years and it is by far the nicest paper craft store I have ever been to!! The owner is exceptional, with the greatest knowledge of crafts and arts and takes time to show you help you if you have questions about any new products in the store!! By far my favorite place to go! Prices are great too!!

If I could give this place a milliom stars, I would. I would like to come here more often; however, I come here once or twice a year. The owner, Ronnie, is just the best. Inventory is great. In with the new, out with the old. The price is just amazing. Absolutely LOVE this place.

The best art supply store I have every been to. Brilliant variation, with the supplies provided being specially chosen to be the best bang for your buck. Quality materials for amazing prices, and just an overall wonderful atmosphere. I can’t recommend goldenshill papercrafts enough!

One of the only remaining stores in Virginia for papercrafting, this shop with very limited hours in tiny Clifton, Va 20 minutes from Dulles Airport is a rare gem. The owner is a lovely lady who keeps limited hours making it worth your while to schedule an outing here. She offers a number of frankly unprecedented shopper discounts and loyalty perks. The store itself is off the main street and not in a place for walkin patronage. Rather it is a little gem tucked in with seemingly a very loyal clientele. My friend and I made a special trip here and regular customers were stopping in throughout our visit. The store is full of wonderful paper products from all over the world. I purchased papers from Germany, Japan and Hungary to name a few of the lovely, artistic and unusual papers . The shop carries many current and popular brands usually available only on line. The shop also carries many items for altered art projects and paper crafting , metal dies, stamps, inks, and mixed media. There is a small well stocked classroom where classes in various techniques are generally held on alternate Saturdays. If you are a paper crafter, card maker, or altered or mixed media artist, support this shop and tell your like minded friends. This shop is well worth the drive and visit!

I enjoy shopping here and come here frequently. They have an excellent collection of stamps and dies. They carry supplies that other craft store don't carry. I highly recommend this shop for your paper crafting needs.

Wonderful store. The owner, Ronnie, is wonderful. The quality and selection of her papers are top notch. I’ve found papers there that are not found anywhere else. Ronnie is very helpful and is very generous with her discounts. Bring your own bag and there is an automatic discount. She has a punch card that once is filled will give you a great discount. You earn a punch for every 5.00 spent. I’ve done a class there on journaling. Fun class. Great store.

Visited the store after hearing about it on the Washington Post. It is truly a gem! The owner has a strict policy of reservation-only shopping, with a limit of 4 customers in the store at all times. Masks obviously required. The selection of paper stacks, stamps, stickers, notebooks, inks, pens, etc. is completely different than what you would find at Michael's. I even discovered some new brands that I had not heard of before!Ronnie is so friendly and very welcoming. In fact, she has a very generous discount policy AND she will give you a loyalty punch card for next time. Will definitely return to this place and perhaps take a class.

Charming location, an amazing selection of paper crafting products, a classroom and lab filled with all the tools you need to craft for the afternoon, and fantastic customer service. A must visit if you are in the area. Call ahead for hours, the hours of operation are limited but totally worth the visit. You won't be disappointed. Be sure to ask about local places to stop for lunch too.
