“Cristina Te, she was really helpful I had messed up on the state where the money was supposed to be sent came back and she didn’t hesitate and helped me and solve my problem right away.”

“posssibly the friendliest laundromat ever. the manager came up and asked if i needed help. i said yes i do. he helped me. it was clean. reasonably priced. i was there bc my dryer at home is acting up, but what a nice place. wow.”
“Went to HT last week for steaks and the gentleman behind the counter (i think his name was Nick or Nicky) was so helpful and knowledgeable. He cut my steaks perfectly. Love going to that store.”
“I had an amazing experience today with the Starbucks manager Ryan, who went above and beyond to offer his recommendations on summer drinks. It is evident that he takes pride in providing a top-notch customer experience!”
“I used to live right next to this store, so it was my main grocery store. I've since moved to Centreville, and while I do most of my shopping now at the nearby Wegmans, I still drive a few times a month to Herndon to shop here. It's a smallish store, meaning it doesn't always offer the selection of some others in the area, but it also means it's not overwhelming. More importantly, to me, it means it's the kind of place where they recognize me, even after coming less frequently, and greet me and chat with me. It's very welcoming and friendly and in a huge chain, that's rare.”
“A nice place to stop for groceries or other supplies in the Manassas area. Harris Teeter is a supermarket chain in the United States that operates primarily in the southeastern and mid-Atlantic regions. The company was founded in 1960 and is headquartered in Matthews, North Carolina. These stores offer a wide range of groceries, including fresh produce, meats, seafood, bakery items, deli items, and prepared foods. They offer pharmacy services, fuel centers, and online ordering for home delivery or pickup. As of 2021, there were approximately 260 Harris Teeter stores operating in the United States, primarily located in North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, South Carolina, and Washington D.C. As of Sept 2021, there are about 80 of these stores in Virginia. This particular location is off the North side of Hoadly road and has plenty of parking in front of the site. The store was the main store for the shopping center. The inside was clean and the staff was very helpful on my visit there. They have a good selection of grocery items and well-stocked shelves. Check-out was remarkably easy and quick with cashiers or diy checkout. I would recommend this if you need to buy supplies or groceries.”
“Really glad they have a drive through pharmacy. The staff is hit or miss. Sometimes they are great and sometimes they just don't care but overall, glad to have this easy access location with a drive thru.”
“In my experience this was an older giant, it hasn't been remodeled like many of the other stores I've come across. However, the store was quite clean for its age and was well stocked so the few items I needed they had and I was able to run in, grab them and be on my way. The bathroom was remodeled recently and was very clean. It's down aisle 17 through the double doors that look like they are for staff only but you will find a door with a lock that reads vacant or locked. This giant also sells beer and wine. On my way to the exit I glanced around the beer and wine section and their craft beer selection was quite nice for a grocery store, they had all the standard domestic beers cold and ready to go as well. Wine selection looked like it had much to offer but nothing too crazy jumped out at me. I think they could benefit from a "local wine and beer" section to make it easier for someone who doesn't know the area as well to get a quick chance to find something they haven't had before.”
“I live right in between Safeway and Wegmans. Wegmans is just about all around superior to Safeway - for the most part. However, one thing I truly appreciate about Safeway is certain people who work there. They brighten my day whereas Wegmans, albeit friendly staff and helpful are just too pre-occupied with the vast crowd of people bombarding them that I can't seem to get that personal touch and attention to detail I've become accustomed to at Safeway. 3 staff members come to mind right away - DOROTHY! Kim & Randy - all 3 are fantastic people and as long as they're working there I'll continue to snub Wegmans. Can you remember when youve been on a first name-basis friendship with staff at a random business?! These 3 put me in a good mood, it's a joy to see them every time I'm there. I've also brought by friends and family members who've had the nicest things to say about them. Props to whomever hired these 3 fine employees - and more importantly genuinely decent people who've somehow managed to make grocery shopping enjoyable.”
“This Walmart location is not bad at all. It was clean. The bathrooms were pretty good and floors were shiny. There were some disorganized places such as different sized clothes on the same rack. The employees are very polite and helpful. Their service is satisfactory. The atmosphere was very good because the staff were polite. It is also accessible. There are parking spaces and stalls. They care about all customers there. If there is a Walmart location to go. It is this one.”
“I had the most amazing experience with the pharmacy this morning- specifically a pharmacist named Tina. I was 20 minutes late for my appointment and didn't even have all my documentation after an extremely hectic morning. Tina was professional, compassionate, understanding - and it all worked out. We always used the PanAm Walgreens because they have a drive-thru and this one does not but I have never encountered such a competent pharmacist before today - regardless of whether it was a Walgreens or another chain... we will definitely be back for any prescription needs. Plus they have ample disabled parking spaces... perhaps it's because the building used to be for a grocery store(?) but generally it's hard to find disabled parking open at other nearby locations. They also took their covid precautions seriously between customers as they were masked and used hand sanitizer between customers.”
“The Customer Service representatives are really nice here. If they can help you find what you are looking for, then they do so with a positive attitude. I've had to return a bad package of lamb before and the CSR told me that it was that shipment. She let me choose another product to replace it and gave a few dollars of store credit for the inconvenience, which I didn't even ask for. I had a similar experience with spoiled chicken one time, so It does happen here. Just keep your receipt and they will make it right for you. I've had to get medicine three minutes before they close at 11pm, and the store manager walked me to each product and did not rush me. Their organic products under their store brand are of great quality, and they sell green tomatillo sauce that's made in Mexico. They usually have stocked shelves. I would love to see more Kosher and organic foods, especially beef, steaks, fish, challah bread, and produce. Their seafood is more reasonably priced than most other competitors and is fresh. Note: their prices are on the higher side for some items such as wine, ice cream, and packaged foods. They do charge for bags, so bring your own reusable ones. You definitely want to use your Bonus discount card. The atmosphere is usually chilled and the area feels safe although one hears of crime activity in the area within a mile of the store. I was happy to learn that Giant financially supports Holiday Wreaths at Arlington Cemetery for our fallen veterans every year, so I try to buy their store brand whenever I can. The cashiers are efficient, good natured, and considerate. Overall, I would recommend this store if savings isn't your top priority, but you want quality.”
