I have been going to Spa One Nails in Centreville, by the Union Mill Giant, for three and a half years. At first, I would go in and see whichever nail technician was available. Over time I found Helen, a true gem. After seeing her once, I haven’t gone to anyone else. I now see her every time I need a manicure or pedicure.
Helen is personable, caring, and incredibly dedicated to her work. She takes her time during every appointment, whether it’s an early morning or a late evening. She always aims for perfection, and I truly appreciate that I am never rushed. Her commitment to her craft and to ensuring customer satisfaction stands out.
Every visit with Helen has been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled nail technician who takes pride in her work. As a customer, I have never been disappointed.

I have gone back to the nail technician Helen twice and on both occasions received excellent quality work. It is important to mention. I am super picky and often disappointed in the lack of attention to professional quality workmanship. Helen is an exception! I have been very grateful to meet her.👏👏👏

I have been going to Helen since I was in high school & will continue going to her for as long as I keep getting my nails done. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HER! She listens to what I want & always makes sure they are perfect. She is pays a lot of attention to detail. She is quick but meticulous & I’m never disappointed.

I highly recommend Helen. She is amazing! My nails last so long. I go about every 4-5 weeks. My nails would last longer but they just get too long for me. She also does the best designs. I bring her all sorts of pictures and she makes my nails look just like the pictures.
2/16/25 - Helen just did the black nails with white sparkling tips. They were perfect! Just what the picture looked like.

I went in to get a fill and was told to get gel because they’re just as strong. I spent $50 and every one of my nails broke within 3 days. I will NEVER go here again! What a waste of money!

I highly recommend Helen! I have been getting gel manicures & pedicures from Helen for a few years now. Helen is meticulous paying attention to every detail in her work. I have also taken a very dear friend to Helen & she agrees that Helen is the best! Helen is also very kind & makes you feel like you are an important client.

I’ve supported this establishment on and off for well over a decade. And over that time I have watched these hardworking women dedicate themselves to serving the neighborhood. Unfortunately the owner of this store has allowed it to become rundown and filthy. The equipment is falling apart. It’s uncomfortable and poorly maintained. I am sorry for the team who works hard here every day. It’s not their fault. But I won’t be back.
