I visited subway today and the customer service was horrible after I paid for my food delay, did not let me get the food and she asked me to call the manager and then I tried to call the manager and there was no response now I'm waiting for a response or manager to answer or for my food. I don't recommend this place at all.

Worst subway I’ve been to in a long time. Woman preparing the food was barely paying attention, didn’t seem to care in the least. I get the job isn’t glamorous but maybe the smallest amount of attention/care is warranted. Didn’t bother folding Turkey, completely doused my sandwich in mayo after I asked her not to.

I love coming to this Subway! It's in the same shopping center where my job is so it's often a good place to grab a quick lunch or dinner. I'm a regular and the staff always give me great service and great subs - every single one is delicious! They know I love subs with teriyaki chicken and garlic aioli sauce, though I order a little bit of everything. This Subway feels like home away from home and I recommend it to anyone at this busy shopping center looking for a good bite.

I recently visited this Subway and unfortunately, I had a negative experience with their customer service. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I understand how challenging it can be, which is why I rarely write negative reviews. However, in this case, I feel compelled to share my experience.I ordered a sandwich, but unfortunately, it was too spicy for me due to a medical condition. When I asked the woman working if I could exchange it for a different sandwich, she responded in a way that was unprofessional and rude. She told me that it was my fault for ordering the spicy sandwich and walked away, shaking her head in disbelief.In my opinion, this is not an appropriate way to speak to customers, even if you don't agree with them. As someone who has worked in customer service, I know that there are better ways to handle situations like this, even if you cannot provide an exchange for a food item. I hope this Subway will take steps to improve their customer service and train their staff in proper customer service etiquette.

Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any food setting .. sad pet is , it’s like this everyday with not an ounce of change .. management seriously needs to be reconsidered at this location.

Person making the sandwich was obviously sick and coughing everywhere while building my sandwich and wasn’t even trying to hide it. I get it, Ive worked in food service and restaurants and unless you’re literally on the verge of death, management/owners will insist you come in and are willing to risk as many peoples health than be short staffed, but at least have someone cover in the front while you work in the back away from others or make an effort to look like you’re not sick. I immediately threw away the sandwich in the bin right after she handed it to me and vowed never to step foot in that Subway ever again.I want to make a note that this is the second instance at this location which prompted me to leave this review as I wanted to give this place another chance and hoped the first time was just a “fluke”.

Why does this place exist? I put a crystal clear online order for two subs, drove 20 minutes there to pickup and back home to discovered both subs were made completely incorrect. Drove back and attempted to tell the lady I just wanted a refund. Her and her partner spoke virtually no English, just Spanish. She proceeded to go make new sandwiches. I had to speak Spanish to tell her I just wanted a refund... she opened both sandwhiches and I showed her why they were incorrect so she could compare my receipt with the actual product. It all checked out however she then spoke in Spanish under her breath saying I was a mentiroso (which is Liar in Spanish). Then opened the till to give me cash back. The customer next to me was also telling me how her partner cannot understand what sandwich she's asking for. HELLO SUBWAY CORPORATE^^^^ do you even interview your employees to make sure they can understand customers requests?? How would they handle a food allergy request in English?? P.S. I myself am an immigrant and I speak 4 languages. If I lived in my home country of Iran and I couldn't speak Farsi to my customers, first I wouldn't have the job in the first place then second, I would be fired on the spot. All this over two dumb sandwiches... I'll eat grass next time, at least I know it's what I ask for!
