Great golf courses(2). Nice pro shop. Great driving range and putting warm up facilities. Played the lake course. Ton of fun shots. Fairways are very forgiving. We’ll designed and very pretty course.

This was my return to golf after nearly 12 years. The counter person was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The course is in great shape. Definitely will play The Lakes again.

great value. bonus points for being walkable and having marshalls that actually keep up pace of play. better maintained than most of the public courses in the same price range around the area

The Lakes Course is very pretty. Many (most) of the fairways are heavily sloped from side to side. The worst part is the rough, though. Several inches deep, lost several balls that I SAW land and knew were just feet off the fairway. Nearly impossible to hit out of, makes the short game an absolute nightmare.

I liked the area, and also I enjoyed the get together last two in a half weeks ago! On May 5, 2023 was such an incredible evening by dancing and feeling really happy!

I felt that the lake play manager treated us with the racial discrimination and the very rude manner. He made strong voice with the prejudice as to the women golfer. We didn’t make a shot to the rough where his cart was parked intentionally. But when we approach the rough to make a second shot, he made a loud voice and almost yell to us about the ball approaching to him. Then, he interrupted for us to make a second shot, so we couldn’t make a second shot where we dropped our balls.

We played in a group outing at Twin Lakes but had hoped to play the Oaks course. But the folks at the course recommended that we play the Lakes course since we had several occasional golfers and I'm glad they did. We had played the Lakes course several times in the distant past but had not played it since the upscale Oaks course opened - it's one of my favorite courses in the area.
Check-in was slow as I remember it generally being but a big bonus was that we were able to warm up off grass tees at the driving range. The practice green was nice but it's a little out of the way. It took a while to remember the layout and it seemed better than I remember it.
The layout follows the natural lay of the land and there were only a few blind shots and some overly long holes, but in general it was a good time and the course was in good shape. Part of that may have been that we "played if forward" from the senior tees. The pace of play was excellent, as was the post round cheese burger.

Twin Lakes has 2 eighteen hole golf courses. Both very different in layout. Both courses are very fair to the average golfer, very, very few blind shots, what you see it what you get. Both are fun courses to play. You can get a hot dog and beer at the end of the round to enjoy the day. It's not Augusta but much better than the average municipal golf course. Enjoy

The Oaks course is in very good shape for the start of the season with only a glimpse of sand remaining on the dressed greens. Great value and one of the better public courses in the area.

Always a great value, even though the fairways weren't in great shape but the greens were good.

We hosted our daughter's graduation party at the Twin Lakes Golf Course (Oak Room) on June 11, 2022. Right from the planning to the end of the event, Amanda Mason was a great person to work with. The facilities were great, and overall we highly recommend this place for a party or an event.

Great course for the price. They keep things moving though it can get backed up on weekends. Sand traps are in challenging places. Good conditions.
