Great bank for going in and doing transactions, however the online support is nonexistent outside of business hours. If you're cool with the app crashing out of the blue at least once a week and randomly not being able to use your card for no apparent reason this is the bank for you.

I have been with NPB since 2009 and they have taken such good care of me. So much that when I moved back to D.C. in 2010, I kept them as my bank. There is something to be said about small town life and business. The service they provide is unmatched in any city. I will be a loyal customer for the rest of my life. Thank you to all the people at the Clintwood branch. Nothing like home.
