“I came into this facility roughly 2 years ago with a bad generator on my new rv. It was my 4th or 5th visit from other Cummins facilities in other states in just a couple of months. After each facility tried to find the problem and repairing something to make it work, the folks at this facility realized that my generator was a lemon and pushed corporate to provide me with a new one. Yay! It worked again! Thank you guys for helping me get it fixed and back out on the road in a somewhat reasonable time.”
