“I have worked with a lot of auto body repair shops but was referred to Sandrof Roanoke for a specific paint issue. Easily the best interaction I've ever had. My car situation was hopeless outside of a major repair. But Justin immediately began figuring out ways to remedy the issue and magically did so faster than I could imagine. “I moved to Roanoke from out of state, and didn’t know of any mechanic that I could trust for honest estimates and repairs. I read several reviews on Sunnybrook, and was impressed.
I had been taking my car to a dealership for oil changes and inspections, and I was told I needed about $800 in fluid changes. I called Chris at Sunnybrook, and after he looked up my car… he advised me that those fluid changes aren’t even required for another 25,000 miles.
He could have told me he’ll save me $100, and I would gladly let him change the fluids. I told him at that time that he gained a customer for life.
I’ve just had my car in there for another situation, and was given nothing but honest analysis and again… I am very impressed with Sunnybrook. I highly recommend Chris and his team.”

“My repairs started with an employee that is no longer with the company. Little communication happened for over a month, and not getting return calls. I finally heard from Jay who informed me the original person was no longer with them. Jay unfortunately inherited the mess the other employee caused and also inherited my frustration and me losing my cool which I don't normally do. Jay was patient and understanding the entire time when he would have had every right to hang up on me or be rude to me. If Jay had not taken over my repairs, I could have been given back an unsafe vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle and apologized, Jay was still nothing but pleasant and even made jokes. I'm very thankful my vehicle ended up in the right hands and everything this place did for me.”

The courtesy shuttle is such a benefit. Service advisors are knowledgeable and always able to answer all my questions and take care of my car so I have no worries when im heading back.”

“I brought my Truck from the used car dealership here!! What awful decision and experience even the Manager there! Didn’t do anything he said. After this I had to get my truck serviced and it’s close to home.
I can’t the service manager I got! Josh totally sucks. Rude and annoying he believes he’s a professional what a joke. Who made you a Customer service manager because you should not be!
I cannot believe this man is apart of their company.
He is the worst manager ever what a nightmare when you’re seen as vulnerable as a woman.
Mr. Fitzgerald is the true leader of the service department. He listened and made me feel worthy as a customer. That’s why he has the title! Kind and polite even patient with the customer.”

“When you go to a repair place you can expect 2 of 3 things Good, Fast, or Cheap...
I have to say I'm really impressed with these boys they did a great job on my 2004 Ford ranger clutch job in less than one day.
The only complaint that I have is that it was a bit more expensive than I expected, where I live locally in Shady Spring West Virginia there was a 400.00 dollar difference in labor prices.
But please don't get me wrong these guys were fantastic to work with, they helped me the entire way. I truly appreciate the help they gave on a Saturday..

“This place does the most honest work. They are very fair! No smoke, if you know what I mean. Your not going to pay for stuff that don't get done. They wil fix you up. That's for real. “To summarize this place in one word would be, "professional." The staff here sincere, honest, hard working, and will offer you a reasonable price. I drive a high-end car that was having exhaust issues. Other local dealers wanted to charge me over $1000 dollars to have my car fixed. Roanoke Auto Service Center was able to find the part, and did the job for $300. I would highly recommend you go here for your car troubles.”

I showed him my 2 front tire's of which both where showing the radial on inner side on both...yikes
He said he would have to see if had that size of which I already had in hb
