Unbelievably poor service, don't even deserve 1 star. Don't deliver packages because it's too big for carrier. Well then don't accept that size for delivery DUH!!! Instead leave a note that says couldn't deliver package because mailbox was full and you can go online to reschedule delivery on a website that is never currently available. Then go to the post office to get your packages just to have them only give you half of them so they can leave a slip in your mailbox the next day that they couldn't deliver because your mailbox was full????? What a great system.

I have noticed they do not get mail out in a timely manner plus I have noticed when it comes to Saturdays it seems like they are not making sure that mail goes out on that day and people have to wait until Monday to get the mail from Saturday. Plus I have tried alot of time to call the post office either someone will pick up the phone and hang it up really fast or not pick up at all. I have went inside and it seems like they are just standing around talking or playing on their cellphone. Plus I have called a few times to tell them when I received my package it doesn't seem like it was handled inappropriately because when I have open it what ever was inside was messed up and tried to talk to the person in charge and they were not helpful at all.

And yet again a scheduled package pickup that was just left and not bothered with ! That’s disgusting, really, because it’s been so many times now just alone with me , causing delays with important things when we are already paying more and more and more for postage- I’ve lived in many places and know mistakes can happen but this keeps happening here! Either mail is marked as delivered and , oopsie day- vanishes, or it’s not picked up! It’s not right and never ever ever is there any make up for our losses! Maybe it’s time for y’all to have a chat with the mailman?! It’s paaaaaast due! I have had too many issues I have shared with y’all that are negatively affecting me and whoever is supposed to receive my mail. From damaged hoods because they’re too lazy to take a way too big mail piece to the door and therefor bend and squash it into the box to where it neatly needs cut out ( and I got injured) to countless scheduled pickups having not been picked up! I’m sick of it and I try to never rely on that but should be able to in an emergency situation when I did go and schedule it!

A bunch of idiots . You ask to have packages held at the post office and yet they get dropped at your door anyways they always have an excuse . I never get my mail like I'm supposed supposed to .

I've had mail not delivered, with money in it, mail on the ground and ran over. Now I'm fighting over an item they say was delivered but I don't have the item. I've called the number but all I get is the runaround. I just want to be refunded.

I've had issues with this post office for years. They send mail back to sender constantly, even though my P.O Bo number and physical address is on the mail. If the mail isn't sent back, it's often placed in the wrong box.

I have to say this post office goes above and beyond. At least my carrier does. I have large packages all the time and even tho My house isn’t next to the mailboxes he makes sure to deliver them to me. I’ve never had a carrier do that. I’ve lived at several different places and this is the first post office that seems to care about the mail and how it’s delivered. 5 stars all the way from me!!

Oh my gosh; the post master, I think his name was Jordan, is THE most helpful and knowledgeable man I have ever met.. he made my entire experience exquisite.. he isn’t bad on the eyes either ?
