“I had always done business with Aaron's in Collinsville until they moved them to the one in Martinsville for some reason. The people that managed the store in Collinsville had always worked with me on any problems I may have had and done me right on the payment's I had to pay. The products may be quite a bit more buying them at Aaron's but when you don't have any other way to get what you need then the payment plan works out well. They have always treated me respectfully and helped me in any way they possibly could. Kudos to all of you!! You guys are great and I'd recommend Aaron's to anyone that needs anything and doesn't have any other way to get it. Thanks Aaron's . Your awesome!!”

“Sales person Robin was patient,kind and knew the inventory.However when I went to pay for the loveseat with a check, I was told they would not schedule a delivery until the check cleared. So basically, they wanted the money but I didn't get a product. So I paid with a card, which fortunately, they do not pass the merchant fees to the consumer. Two weeks. I have to wait 2 weeks until delivery. I am old enough to remember getting things delivered within a week at least.”
