“I went to the Collinsville store with my phone after I dropped it. With a cracked security screen. I could not get the lock screen to process my pass code to open phone. I thought it was finished, Broken! Elaina and Jessica were working. They greeted me kindly. Jessica took the time to access my problem, reset my phone completely and reload my photos. I am so grateful that she could salvage. Wonderful ladies, I recommend them.”
