Salesperson ROBIN is wonderful! She engaged us as a team member and an advocate . Not a salesperson. Under no pressure, we pursued our goal, accomplished our mission and had a completely satisfying experience purchasing a bed, foundation and frame. We will be back for that recliner!

I am moving to a smaller home and needed new furniture. Robin was so helpful in showing me furniture in my requested price range. She was patient and informative and answered my questions. I haven’t shopped for furniture in years but she listened to my needs and price range and helped me find what I wanted.
The last time I shopped for furniture at another store, the person pushed me toward certain items and I was never satisfied, so thanks to Robin’s patience and help, I love the items I chose.

Tried to sale used item with a brand NEW price an stated it had never been used an computer this was out dated for 799.oo
Windows 10 and all free trials were already used along with a refurbished box

We went to just look at furniture and we did not want to buy because we got a new dog. The sales lady Robyn says don’t worry buy the extra insurance. It will cover that.
So we had some damage and the new manager says pet damage is not covered, than when I said what Robin said about warranty. Said send pictures it’s been months not one word.
Before you buy from this company, make sure to check the Better Business Bureau They have a horrible rating of all the customers they have conned.
We are debating on whether to take them to small claims court, because this company will say anything to make a sale. Than ignore when have problem with warranty paid for.
I never thought this company would treat this way, I did not want to buy because new animal , they said no worries pet damage is covered.
I have it recorded when they were selling to us, this will be disclosed one party recorded because I was recorded. I hope they do the right thing.

It was a terrible experience! The credit manager didn't even look at my credit score. She said they open accounts based on their own decision. She had me running around for two days back & forth to the bank & them trying to dispute some charges that she said was on my credit history that weren't from the bank at all but was student loans. Based on the look on her face & the short way she was treating me I really don't think she even wanted to help me. I will not be returning to that store again.

The staff were very polite and very nice to people coming and going in store. I was treated with respect and compassion and went out her way the manager to assist me. As well as the salesman clerk to help ne to find and do her research to find what I needing to get done.
