Extremely rude cashier in great need of customer service training. I was overcharged for my gas by almost $20. The cashier was not able to properly explain the gas station policy on pending debits. The cashier chose to chastise me and tell me I did not have the right receipt. After showing her, I use the tap app on my phone for my gasoline purchaseand and the app generates a different last four credit card number.
The energy and the facial expressions from the cashier made me feel this is not a safe and place for minorities to buy gas.

Gas station with everything that you'd expect from one. Even had hand dipped ice cream. The store was very clean. The service wasn't the friendliess, but in their defence they had something going on with the gas pumps outside.

Terribly understaffed and management is horribly ignorant and employees just as bad they come to work and smell bad and are rude no one knows how to do actually work in a store it always opens late and the DM and Corporate does nothing to fix these issues

Most unfriendly worker I’ve ever encountered. Visited today for ice cream. One customer in store and cashier said she couldn’t make a sundae because she was the only one working. She did make an ice cream cone that was so small wasn’t worth $3. Maybe she should consider another career.

Clean Parking Lot , easy access , plenty of Gas Pumps. Gas prices could be lower like the rest of the Gas Stations around Town .

Today marks the 3rd time in a row that I have to go inside to get a receipt for my gas. I go inside and 3 employees are standing around doing nothing.Where is your customer service!?

Absolutely disgusted. I came in to order a cone of ice cream upon picking out my choice the employee began scooping it into the cone and coughed all over all of the Ice cream. I refused to pay at which point the manager Jessica was called and stated that she doubted my story and refused to watch the camera's. I did pay for the cone but left it because she threatened to call the police. Horrible the board of health definitely needs to go their and enforce the codes. Especially during a Pandemic. Please be careful do not eat their ice cream

I spent $40.00 in gas and found out that it had water in it. I whole tank full later a trip to the mechanic and they had to drop my gas tank change the filter. But this store did not notify it's customers that the gas was bad and would not compensate even just the gas wasted. NEVER WOULD I GET GAS HERE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Poor customer service. The cashier this morning was rude and disrespectful. Something should be done about this I’m a loyal shopper there and never had this problem before.

If I could give less than one star I would. The morning cashier gave me 2 packs of the wrong cigarettes in a bag. When I went out to my car and saw they were not what I paid for she refused to change them out. She stated that she dis not hear me correctly but refused to swap them even though I shop there everyday and purchase the same cigarettes. She proceeded to call her manager who had a horrible attitude and a very sarcastic mouth. I will not return there again.

What kind of service is this. Only had decaffeinated coffee at this location. Jessica Banks the manager Said that's all they make or had. Just sad that I have to take business some where else cause of the service and bad ATTITUDE we encounter here every time we go inside.
