Employees working behind the pharmacy counter are extremely rude. They are in need of customer service training.

Our Walgreens has friendly helpful workers. Nobody, however, can understand the "reward" system. The line lengthens as folks try to discover how the coupons work. There is limited merchandise especially for sale items. I usally end up going to a second store just to purchase another bottle of Lubriderm. Most of us have to use the store only for limited items.

Violates HIPPA and refuses to bring prepaid items to customers outside they don't like. The manager is horrible! She allows all of this to happen.

Constantly violating HIPPA and such horrible employees that they refused to bring my daughters prepaid items to her after waiting 30 minutes with 2 sick kids in the car. The manager Katie needs to go! The pharmacist assured me the cashier would no longer call me and she did and yelled at me. We no longer get scripts there or shop there. This place is trash!

I call the pharmacy and always get a voicemail, where I am asked for the Rx number. however the system is unable to process the number whether I speak the the Rx number or use the keypad. It never processes. Then I have to be transferred to the pharmacy and hold until someone helps me. after 5 minutes on hold with the pharmacy and 5 minutes working with voicemail It has taken me10 minutes just to work with your telephone system for a total of 20 minutes. It's the voicemail thing that bothersbecause it has to be repeated at least 4x and then not successful. it's simply not a professional way of doing business. It doesn't work properly and hasn't since I moved to Colonial Beach a year ago. Surely there is someone in Walgreens employment that can fix that thing.

I worked for this company for about 2 years after they bought out Rite Aid. Now that my LOA has expired I can openly speak about the poor treatment of employees this company allows. I worked in an understaffed pharmacy while going through a high risk pregnancy. Management refused to provide a stool and adhere to my doctors notes, instead would consistently request me to work more than 40 hours a week with little to no help. Many times while pregnant I was the only technician working for the day filling prescriptions, running register, putting away supply orders, answering phones and anything else that needed to be done. It got to the point right before conversion I called our HR representative to let her know management was not following my drs orders or giving me help, instead that HR rep told me she switched to Walgreens the week prior and there was nothing she could do other than advise me to take maternity leave early. The day before conversion my water broke at 33 weeks. I delivered my daughter at 34 weeks and was discharged from the hospital a week later leaving my daughter in the NICU. She now suffers from stomach complications and has to go to specialty doctors and therapists all due to the fact she was born prematurely. This company has total disregard for the employees mental and physical well being.
