Encountered the most rude cashier tonight. That old lady with the white hair has an attitude problem. Started yelling at me and tried to start an argument because I was about to purchase alcohol and 11:50 pm. She was so upset and rude that she even started shaking. I’ll be calling the store in the morning to make a complaint.

Cannot depend on getting a fuel receipt at the pump. Even when this place was first opened most times you would have to go inside to get a receipt. I regularly avoid this place because I have no reason to go inside so I fuel elsewhere where I can get a receipt at the pump..

I ✋️ at this 7-11 bought lunch and cigarettes and put the purchase on my debit card the cashier took my rewards points before I could entered enter my phone number then when I asked for a receipt she ignored me and said to the next customer is that all you need today Mark. NEVER AGAIN

The diesel pumps are super slow, always must go inside for a receipt. Drive past this place if you value your time.

After putting $10 in my tank, my gas meter did not move at all, went to tell cashiers 2 elderly women and was no help. I’m a young female at the time stepped out really quick at 11PM with my last 10 on me, elderly women told me there was nothing they could do and was not even willing to come take a look at the pump. Very alarming, racism was felt. Gas must be watered down, there was no leakage near my car. Called the police as well, cashier was not willing to call general manager!

My elderly mother was just trapped in the women's bathroom for 10 minutes. The handle was missing on the inside of the door. We couldn't hear her yelling because the door was thick and it was loud. When I told the employee she said she hadn't had time to put up a sign. I asked for the manager and was told she was outside smoking. I waited outside for 10 minutes. I went back in. There was still no sign up and the manager was still outside smoking. I found her, informed her of the situation. She was very professional and said she'd fix it right away. My mom is still shaking. Not cool.

Went in this 7-Eleven to buy a few things and the cashier touched my items and had some kind of oil on that made everything and my hands smell that oil I wash my hands for five times and I still smell it
