I came early so there wasn't much traffic in the store. Kelly at the Colonial Heights location was so patient and informative when assisting me with upgrading my phone. I appreciated it greatly!

I initially came to this AT&T to see if they could help me. The bald man that "tried" to "help" me wasn't helpful at all. This man didn't even try to exhaust all other options. Even when I showed him my phone in it's condition, he was still NO HELP. I wasn't even in the store a full 15mins. He handed me a brochure and sent me on my way. Ashlin of the Chester location helped my with ease and understanding. Even with my phone in it's state at the time we were still able to access my account info. The bald male AT&T associate gave the worst customer service I've ever seen. Told me he couldn't get in my account. ASHLIN WAS ABLE.

This is my second time upgrading my phone. The customer service was amazing. All questions got answered the gentleman, Steven He was amazing walked you through everything positive energy. This is my first time ever written a review on something and it had to be this because today was just an easy and amazing experience.

The wrong number was loaded on my a new phone. It took hours to fix it. I was told the contacts and pics would transfer to the new phone. It didn't and took a few hours to fix. I spent 5 hours getting a new phone and getting it to where it is ready to use.

They sold me on direct TV streaming yet their 5g wifi isn't worth the pot you piss in...Plus you have to return it within 14 days if not satisfied yet it took more than 14 days to figure out the damn thing isn't worth a pot to piss

The store rep helped me right away, she looked up the info I asked for and directed me with calling customer service, 611, but during that call which took over and hour ,most of which I was on hold, my problem was still not solved and I still need to wait for a return call to let me know that my phone is unlocked. I've been an AT&T customer for over 20yrs and and thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied with this. I've paid way to much money for way to many years to be treated this way

Feel like we got a little duped on our deal. Wanted to buy phones outright and got lured in by an employee to do a trade in promotion and we paid the difference right then and there and asked if this was paying the phones off and they said yes. We have been receiving a credit back of our trade in on our bill, but wasn't told that if we wanted to upgrade or leave that we would have to pay a remaining balance due to the credit only being applied in a small amount month by month, and that they will only be applied each month until the balance is paid. I understand the deal in full now but just seems a little underhanded to me when I had initially said I wanted to pay for the entire phone outright

I was trying to pay a past die bill and was rudely attended to by one of your customer service rep. I had a lost card and i changed card before billing but it did not use the new card.. i was trying to communjxate that fact when the person on the phone could not take the time to listen. I asked to speak to manager and she would not allow. If this is your service doe when things happen I may have to take my loyalty somewhere else.. My past due amount is paid . I only hope the new card will be used next time.Very disappointed,E. Wilson

My old 12pro phone started taking a dump so I had to upgrade to the new 15pro, Steven helped me out, he was extremely nice and got me back on track with what is essentially a life line for my job! He even helped me pick out a new case that was perfect for me and a new screen protector (as a mom this is a must!) it was a seamless transition as my phone was already backed up (I knew it was important to do before switching over to a new phone so we didn’t have to sit and wait for it when getting the new phone set up) I’m back in business and loving my new phone! Thanks again Steven!

We worked directly with Steven and Derek. Both took great care of us and process was simple and quick. Got two new phones and iPads. Highly recommend this location and if you want brownie points, bring cookies (or any sweets) to Steven. Great job guys!
