I was trying to pay a past die bill and was rudely attended to by one of your customer service rep. I had a lost card and i changed card before billing but it did not use the new card.. i was trying to communjxate that fact when the person on the phone could not take the time to listen. I asked to speak to manager and she would not allow. If this is your service doe when things happen I may have to take my loyalty somewhere else.. My past due amount is paid . I only hope the new card will be used next time.Very disappointed,E. Wilson

My old 12pro phone started taking a dump so I had to upgrade to the new 15pro, Steven helped me out, he was extremely nice and got me back on track with what is essentially a life line for my job! He even helped me pick out a new case that was perfect for me and a new screen protector (as a mom this is a must!) it was a seamless transition as my phone was already backed up (I knew it was important to do before switching over to a new phone so we didn’t have to sit and wait for it when getting the new phone set up) I’m back in business and loving my new phone! Thanks again Steven!

After having some rough experiences with other phone providers, switching to a new provider was scary. Steven made the process so smooth and I was even able to upgrade my phone! Thank you Steven for setting me up with success and my new phone.

We worked directly with Steven and Derek. Both took great care of us and process was simple and quick. Got two new phones and iPads. Highly recommend this location and if you want brownie points, bring cookies (or any sweets) to Steven. Great job guys!

So, I walked in today around 5:25 p.m. to have my phone activated, and an older phone traded in.... "Steven " helped in starting the process shortly after notices my phone did not have enough charge... I explained that I was pulling a trailer and needed it to drop off. He assured me that I could leave my phone so he could charge it and that by the time I'd get back, it would be charged and ready to continue without much time to waste, and said he would not be working but (Logan) another representative would be and to just ask for him. so I get back around 6:15 pm and ask for Logan, and long and behold, they go in the back to check on my phone, and its only at 15 % and said Steven had not even began the process of transferring data unto new phone ?????? so I have to wait until the phone charges to 40% and thereafter to transfer data.... it's 7:30 pm by the time I left that place.... thanks a lot Steven.......

The second I walked in the door I was greeted by a rep. Brian was very kind and gave me all the options to switching my service. I came from T-Mobile and was desperately looking for a new service. Brian had me in and out within an hour and a half (iPhones take time to process/switch). My entire process was smooth. I am happy (so far) with my AT&T service.

Immediately upon entering the store his customer had just left his care and he approached me before I had taken three steps to ask if he could help. Logan was very thorough and helpful in solving my problem with my phone, thank you very much AT&T for having such proactive customer service on site. Also at both other times/ locations did I receive excellent customer service!

I've been here twice in the last 2 weeks. Different reasons and 2 different employees. Brian and Logan. Both were quick to respond. Very professional and patient.

The service was great the staff were very professional. My issue has improved tremendously!!! I recommend everyone to go there if they really have a serious issue that can’t wait for an appointment with their physician.

Brian greeted me right away when I walked in. He took care of all my account needs in way less time than I thought it would take. The whole process of switching from Verizon was incredibly smooth. Brian knew the answer to every question I had. He was also amazing with my crazy daughter. Very thankful!!!

AT&T itself is great. The one employee was so rude. He didn’t even look at the discounts by going in to my account and started giving me extra pricing. He is a tall, light skinned guy. I will never go to this location.

It was great the job was great they were so professional and courtesy respectful and quick in my problem was solved they saved the contract first problem we had and they just was right on it and now I can update everything I just bring it into the store

I would have given this location a better rating based on the customer service the day I went into the store. However, the representative should have disclosed that my first bill will be higher than expected and given a more accurate estimate on what to expect a monthly bill to be especially since other service members have Firstnet at a cheaper rate than what I was offered. HIGLY disappointed most likely won’t be with this phone company for long.

I had to go into this store 3 times in one day because of my own disheveled a*** all the employees were really great! The lady with the skull tattoo ultimately helped me get my new phone set up with everything I needed. Fast and easy process. :)
